Queuing Details
Service configuration:
- Set number of calls in queue
- Set time in seconds to ring the out-dial number
- Set number of call attempts to make when customer is being queued
- Set time interval between playing on-hold messages to your captive audience
Queue configuration:
- Set maximum queue limit
- Set maximum time a call can remain in the queue
- Set maximum number of simultaneous calls that can out-dial to the terminating destination
Service Announcements:
- Configure bespoke announcements & prompts with upload in approx 2-mins
- Set on-hold message or music-on-hold
- Record welcome message prior to call being queued
- Record busy message if queue is full e.g. limit queue to 5 callers
- Activate "current position in queue" facility
- Up to five additional messages played during queue session
Service Statistics:
- Live call monitoring via browser of how many calls queued & connected
- Monitor historical queuing information hour by hour
- Reporting statistics to allow optimum adjustment of queuing facility
Number Ranges:
- All provided via an 0845, 0870 or 0800 number (excluding premium numbers)
Note: Call Queuing can be used in conjunction with "Hosted Auto Attendant " or perhaps an existing auto attendant.
