Recent Events:

Systemcare has launched a company-wide training scheme to continue to improve the business and its customer service.

The NVQ programmes are helping staff gain a range of nationally recognised qualifications in Customer Service, Business Administration, IT and Team Leadership.

The NVQ staff training is being delivered over the coming year through the Governments' Train to Gain scheme and the courses are being provided by local training provider VT Training.

Operations Management at Systemcare, reported: "Our clients tell us that our customer service is a key part of why they use Systemcare as their telecommunications service provider. Our training schemes will greatly benefit our clients, end users, employees and overall business itself.

"Training is central to our business strategy, it is a key factor in being able to deliver a high level of customer service and support. It shows our commitment to not just our client base but also our staff as it offers genuine opportunities for self development."
