Using Video-Interview offers you a better way to assess and evaluate potential employees without devoting the time and money required by traditional first round in-person interviews. You have the chance to submit questions you wish to ask the candidate. The Video-Interview is media rich, giving you the ability to create interviews encompassing many different question formats including:

Video Questions

Your question appears on the candidate's screen for 30 seconds and then a Video-Interview webcam begins to record the candidate's response after which the candidate has up to 2 minutes to respond. When the candidate finishes his or her response, you next question appears.

Essay Questions

You submit essay questions as part of your Video-Interview design for the candidate to respond to so you can assess written communication and logical thinking skills. You can dictate the length of the response.

Short Answer

You submit questions that require short written responses. These questions are flexible in being either open ended or gradable (i.e. a computation question).

True or False / Multiple Choice / Multiple Answer

The multiple choice questions can be anything from serious questions that you can use to test the knowledge of your candidates to simple Yes/No True/False questions used to find out more information about your candidate.

All of the candidates you chose to take your Video-Interview will be asked the same questions through our Video-Interview Interviewer.

Video-Interview Service

Once candidates are added to your Video-Interview and they are designated Video-Interview On-Site or Video-Interview Off-Site, we go to work.

Each candidate will be assigned a unique code attaching them to your Video-Interview and can take their Video-Interview immediately. In the case of Video-Interview Off-Site interviews, we send out a webcam package within 48 hours (alternatively the candidate can use their own webcam). Video-Interview representatives then contact the candidate to get them setup (usually via online messenger tools), answer any questions they may have, and help arrange facilities for them to take their Video-Interview.

To take a Video-Interview, candidate's need a computer, Internet access and a webcam that Video-Interview provides. When the candidate is ready they come to our website and enter his or her interview code and begin! Candidates can contact us at anytime, day or night, to get help with setting up their Video-Interview.

Evaluating Candidates - Our Easy to Use Video-Interview Evaluator

Candidates take their Video-Interviews at any time since their responses are recorded into our system. As soon as the Video-Interview is recorded, it is available for you and your designated colleagues to login and evaluate.

Clicking on the candidate's names one by one would pull the candidate's information into the viewer window. The video clip of the candidate answering your question will begin playing. You can click through to watch the questions in any order and you can stop at any point. While watching the interviews, you can enter your evaluations and your colleagues or clients watching the same Video-Interviews can then see your evaluations and also enter their own.
